1.Eligible shareholders

Shareholders holding 10 units (1,000 shares) or more as recorded in the Company’s shareholder registry as of March 31, 2023 will be eligible for this program.

2.Contents of Special Benefit

  • Depending on the number of shares held, “Oak Point(*)” which can be used on the “Shareholder Special Benefit Shopping Site” to be newly established on the Company’s website, will be given as a special benefit. Please see below for the number of points.
  • The preferential products that can be redeemed for points on the “Shareholder Benefit Shopping Site” are carefully selected organic products, natural foods, additive-free foods, and other products offered by Unimarche (UNIVA CAPITAL Group) with the aim of making safe and secure food products more accessible, which all shareholders can enjoy.

STEP.2

Please enter your “ID” and “PW” on the shareholder special benefit website, log in, register your e-mail address, and authenticate.

STEP.3

Please log in to the Shareholder Special Benefit Shopping Site by entering your “registered e-mail address” and the “PW” listed on this form.

STEP.4

Exchange your points for your favorite preferential products according to the points you hold.

*Points will expire at the end of June 2024.
*For shareholders continuing from FY2022, ID/PW will be the same as in FY2022.
