Information Regarding Shareholder Benefits
What Are “Shareholder Benefits”?
This offer is available to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of March 31, 2026, who hold 10 units (1,000 shares) or more. Depending on the number of shares held, we will award points as a shareholder benefit that can be used on the “Shareholder Benefits Shopping Site,” which will be newly launched on our website.
About Login ID/Password
For shareholders who have held shares continuously since fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, you can log in using the same ID and password as last year. No initial setup is required; you can log in as usual.
Please note that new shareholders starting in fiscal year 2025 will need to register a new email address and complete the initial login procedure. For instructions, please refer to the guide linked below.

Email Address-Related
I don’t have an email address to register with / I don’t know my email address
You will need an email address to log in to the shareholder benefits shopping site (Shopify). If you do not have an email address to register, please set one up. Please note that while you may use a family member’s email address, you may receive IR and product promotion emails approximately once a month. Thank you for your understanding.
I want to register my family using the same email address
You cannot register using the same email address. Please provide a separate email address for each person registering.
Even when I enter my email address and click “Settings,” it takes me back to the previous screen.
It is possible that this email address is already registered. According to the specifications of the Shareholder Benefits Site/Shareholder Benefits Shopping Site (Shopify), the same email address cannot be used by multiple people. Please check to see if a family member or acquaintance is using that email address.
Even when I click the URL in the email, the authentication fails.
Reason 1: Once you click the link, any subsequent clicks will result in an authentication failure. Since authentication has already been completed, please proceed by clicking “Click here if this is your second or subsequent attempt.”
Reason 2: The link you clicked may be incorrect, such as if it’s broken or incomplete.
I’m not receiving emails
If you do not receive the email, please check your “Junk Mail” folder. If you use a free email service (such as Yahoo Mail or Gmail), the email may be automatically filtered into the “Junk Mail” folder.
I want to change my registered email address
Please log in again via the “First-time users, click here” link and change your email address to the one you wish to use. Please note that if you have placed an order on the exclusive shopping site in the past, you will not be able to view your order history unless you log in with the email address you used at that time.
Purchasing Products
The item cannot be added to the cart.
You cannot order items that cost more than the number of points you have.
Can I pay the remaining balance with a credit card?
No. For this shareholder benefit program, you can only redeem products using shareholder benefit points.
Credit cards and other payment methods cannot be used.
Can I order a product that costs more than the points I have?
No. You cannot order items that exceed your current point balance.

Once your application is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
You can also check your application details on the “My Page” section of the shareholder benefits website.
When will my order arrive?
After the application period ends, we will compile the information and begin shipping the items in September 2026.
Please note that delivery may take some time depending on shipping conditions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We cannot accept changes or cancellations after the registration period has ended.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?
We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.
I was not home and could not receive the package.
Please check the delivery notice from the carrier and pick up your package within the storage period. Please note that we cannot reship the package once the storage period has expired.
I haven’t received my order.
Products will be shipped sequentially starting in September 2026.
Immediately after we begin shipping, there may be a delay in delivery.

Is there a shipping charge?
We will cover all shipping costs.
Please rest assured that shareholders will not be charged for shipping.
About Points
Where can I check my points balance?
You can check your current points balance on the “My Page” section of the shareholder benefits website.
Can I split my points across multiple items?
Yes. As long as the total is within the limit of your available points, you can split your order among multiple items.
If I don’t use all my points, can I carry them over to the next year?
No. Unused points cannot be carried over to the following year. Please use your points before they expire.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points have an expiration date.
The application period runs through the end of July 2026.
Points that have expired cannot be used, so please apply within the specified period.
If I return an item after using points, will the points be refunded?
Except in cases where the product is defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer. Therefore, we cannot refund any points used for the purchase.
Other
Is the holding period cumulative even if I’m using a stock lending service?
We sincerely apologize, but this transaction is not included in the calculation of your cumulative holding period.When you lend shares to a brokerage firm through this service, the title of the shares is transferred to the brokerage firm for the duration of the loan, resulting in a change in the holder listed on the shareholder registry. Consequently, your holding period is reset, and you will no longer qualify for the long-term holding benefits. If you wish to receive the preferential points for long-term holding, please contact your brokerage firm to confirm the details.
No cell phone or computer
Exchanges for shareholder benefits can only be processed online. Shareholders who do not own a smartphone or computer should consider asking a family member or friend for assistance. Please note that an email address is required for registration. Information may be sent to the registered email address in the future.
